We hear a lot of myths every day from potential home sellers when they are getting ready to sell their house. Here are a few of the more common ones we hear ALL THE TIME:
Myth #1 – There’s only one way to sell a house.
There are several ways to sell your house, many that don’t even involve a REALTOR.
